Plant- based Food : Good for the planet?

Many are turning to veganism, influenced by the health movement and environmental concerns. The Global Vegan Food market is expected to reach US$31.4 billion in 2026, growing at an annual average of 10.5%.

While plant-based foods are typically considered better for the planet than those that include animal products, not all plant-based foods have small environmental footprints. Some agricultural practices release large volumes of greenhouse gases, consume enormous amount of resources, and hasten erosion.
