Indah Muliana

Indah is a Director at Spire Indonesia. Her expertise lies in market landscape analysis and strategies, price research, consumer research and partner management. In her 14 years with Spire, she has overseen many international and multi-country projects for clients in Indonesia, India, Japan and Malaysia.

Indah started her research and consulting career when she joined Spire in 2007. Since then, she has overseen many international and multi-country projects for clients in in the region. Traveling extensively in the Southeast Asian region for work has given her a better understanding, richer perspective and deeper insight into regional markets. In the last 14 years, Indah has managed projects in many industries, including building materials, chemicals, commodities, manufacturing, food and beverage (F&B), IT & electronics, telecommunications, banking and household products.

In her 14 years with Spire, she has overseen many international and multi-country projects for clients in Indonesia, India, Japan and Malaysia. Indah’s expertise lies in market landscape analysis and strategies, price research, consumer research and partner management. Her clients include Bank Permata, Toyota, Coca Cola, Pertamina, Telkomsel, and ESMOD.  Indah was instrumental in helping Bank Permata strengthen their e-channel service line and increase their customer satisfaction level. As a hands-on manager who leads her team in gathering primary research and market data, Indah also oversees Spire Indonesia’s operations and its growth. 

Indah holds a Bachelor of Computer Science (BSc) from the University of Wollongong in conjunction with INTI College Indonesia.
